this is the part you'll love

Everything from sketch to cut, in one place

One tool, end to end. No spreadsheets, no DXF roundtrips, no bouncing between three programs to get a clean nest.

Wall-elevation layout

Sketch a wall, drop in cabinets. CabinetSketch keeps fillers, kicks, and run heights honest so you don't end up with an impossible kitchen.

Cut lists you can trust

Every cabinet expands into real parts — sides, bottoms, stretchers, doors — with grain direction and edge banding ready for the bench.

G-code your CNC can run tonight

Save a profile per machine: bit, feeds, plunge, pocket strategy. Switch profiles per project; the post-processor handles the rest.

Print-ready shop drawings

Plan view, elevations, and per-cabinet construction sheets in PDF. Print, clip to the wall, start cutting.

3D walkthrough

Catch clearance, door swings, and toe-kick alignment before any plywood gets cut.

Materials & cost, live

Sheet count and hardware totals update as you place cabinets. Bring your own pricing or use sensible defaults.

How it works

  1. 01

    Sketch

Draw the wall, drop in cabinets, pick the material.

  2. 02

    Review

Walk the 3D, scan the cut list, check the bill of materials.

  3. 03

    Cut

Export G-code or PDF shop drawings. Head to the shop.

    Pre-flight checks and export gauntlet

**Pre-Flight Export Gauntlet** — every G-code export now runs a battery of safety checks (bit ↔ pocket compatibility, plunge feeds, front clearance, tab room) before a single line of G-code reaches the machine.

  • Apr 30, 2026Added

Blind corners, build-step polish, signup, and ownership

**Sign-up + Login with Clerk** — name, email, phone, and password sign-in is live, with the planner now scoping every project to the signed-in user.

Blum, finger joints, drawer fronts, and a faster cut

**Blum TANDEM Pre-Drill** — replaces the old witness marks with real drilled cup positions sized for Blum TANDEM hardware.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with my CNC?
If you run a Shapeoko, Onefinity, Avid, ShopBot, X-Carve, or Maslow, yes — we ship a tested post per machine. Other GRBL- or Mach-style controllers usually work via the generic posts; tell us what you've got and we'll help you tune a profile.
What materials are supported?
Plywood (3/4" and 1/2" are the defaults), MDF, melamine, and solid hardwood. You can add custom materials with their own thickness, sheet sizes, kerf, and per-machine pocket bit settings.
Can I import my own DXF?
Yes — you can import a DXF as a custom part and drop it into your project alongside the parametric cabinets. The cut list and nesting treat it like any other part.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full planner, 3D walkthrough, cut lists, PDF shop drawings, and G-code export. No credit card required to start. Pick Hobbyist or Business if you want billing to kick in automatically when the trial ends; pick Trial if you'd rather decide later.
How is my data stored?
Projects are stored in our managed Postgres database (encrypted at rest, TLS in transit). You can export a full project — drawings, cut lists, G-code history — to a file at any time, and you own everything you create.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel anytime from your account settings; you keep access through the end of the billing period and won't be charged again. If something broke and you'd like a refund within 14 days of a charge, email support and we'll sort it out.
Do you support multi-user shops?
Multi-user workspaces are on the Shop plan and rolling out behind a flag right now. If you need it before general availability, get in touch and we'll switch it on for your account.
Will my CNC profiles move between projects?
Yes. CNC profiles live at your account level — bit, feeds, plunge, pocket strategy, front clearance — and you pick which profile each project posts against. You can also export and import profiles as a file.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CabinetSketch runs entirely in the browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Can I print shop drawings?
Yes — print-ready PDFs with plan view, elevations, and per-cabinet construction sheets. Send them to a desktop printer or a plotter; the dimensions stay accurate.
How does pricing scale if my shop grows?
Hobbyist is a flat $49/mo for solo makers. Business is $99/mo and includes 5 seats in one workspace; additional seats are $19/seat/month, billed through the same subscription.
Is there a community I can ask questions in?
Yes — there's a Discord for users and a small support team that reads every email. Links live in the footer.
